The International Concours of Speed is an association within the meaning of Art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB), domiciled in 6044 Udligenswil, Switzerland. The association does not pursue a commercial or profit-making purpose and is not operated for profit.
Purpose and non-profit status
The association is entirely non-commercial and not profit-oriented. It exclusively pursues charitable purposes within the cultivation and promotion of automotive culture. The focus lies on the shared passion for automobiles, the exchange between enthusiasts, and the preservation and transmission of automotive-historical values and traditions.
All revenues of the association - in particular membership fees, donations, sponsorship contributions and proceeds from events - flow exclusively and directly towards the association's purpose. No distribution of profits to private individuals or shareholders takes place. Any surpluses arising are used for the fulfilment of the association's purpose or held in reserve for future association activities.
Commercial register and VAT
As a non-commercial association, The International Concours of Speed is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register and is not subject to VAT. The association does not have a VAT identification number.
